Why Second Perspective?
I’m Justin. I’ve spent more than 25 years in leadership roles, working with people through the opportunities, decisions and challenges that come with working life.
One thing I’ve learned is the value of having someone you can talk things through with. Someone who will listen, ask the right questions, challenge your thinking when it’s useful and help you look at something from another perspective.
Not everyone has that person at work.
Maybe you’re considering a new opportunity, preparing for an important conversation, questioning a decision, dealing with something difficult, or you’re simply the person everyone else comes to and you need someone independent to talk to yourself.
That’s what Second Perspective is about. A private conversation with an experienced leader who isn’t involved, doesn’t have an agenda and can focus entirely on you and what’s in front of you.
No programme. No ongoing commitment. Just one conversation to help you see things a little more clearly.

The introductory rate is $39.90 NZD for one private conversation. There are no packages or ongoing commitments. If another situation comes up later, you can simply book another conversation.

We’ll talk privately by video call about the situation you’re dealing with. You bring the situation as you see it, and I’ll help you look at it from another perspective, work through your options and get clearer on what comes next.
